Michael
Michael has a Master in Law from Copenhagen University and his interest in deal making led him to do his Master’s thesis on negotiations and conflict resolution. This thesis was the first of its kind in Denmark and led Michael to participate in and win the 2004 Harvard International Negotiation Competition (INC). Following his win at the INC, Michael joined the jury committee of both the Danish and the international iterations of the competition. Michael also taught negotiation and conflict resolution at Copenhagen University.
Today, Michael is a partner at Blueprint and partner and co-founder at People in Sport where deal making is an integral part of his job. Professional sport is very close to Michael’s heart since prior to studying law Michael was a professional goalkeeper playing in both Denmark and England until his retirement in 2001.
This combination of both academic and practical experiences, together with his experience as a professional athlete, gives Michael a unique platform for teaching and training others in deal making and conflict resolution.
