Our consultants have done their corporate careers with Victoria’s Secret, Hugo Boss, H&M, Puma, Rosetta Stone, Circle Square Design, Westfield, Copenhagen Airport, Vienna Airport, Frontier magazine, LVMH, DFS, Nuance and many more leading companies.

Marek has a long career in publishing, communication and marketing, heading the leading monthly in-depth travel retail magazine and responsible for boosting its distribution and revenue by over 50%, including the doubling of sponsorships to the Frontier Awards within a year.
During his time at CircleSquare, Marek has been an integral part in the development of the marketing and activation campaigns of major global companies - such as Diageo, William Grant & Sons, Mondelez - in the travel retail environment. During his time at CircleSquare, Marek was responsible for a doubling of the agency’s business in under two years with an increase in Turnover averaging 40% a year.
Thomas boasts over 15 years of international business development as well as retail and wholesale expansion in over 50 markets worldwide, working with international brands such as Hugo Boss, Sand, Puma and Victoria’s Secret.
From 2010 to 2013, Thomas headed up leasing management for retail stores at Copenhagen Airport Shopping Centre where he unlocked a sustainable shop and brand mix, which saw retail sales increase by 50%. He was also instrumental in introducing a best-in-class training programme targeting 1200+ sales associates and in mapping out Copenhagen Airport’s shopping centre’s development for the next 37 years.
Karina has more than 18 years of experience within sales in areas that include wholesale, B2B, Travel Retail and retail. Throughout her career, Karina has held leading sales roles with top fashion brands such as Pilgrim Jewellery, Sif Jakobs Jewellery, Dyrberg Kern Jewellery Vero Moda, Cristiano Ronaldo fragrances, Sloggi/Triumph, CR7 underwear by JBS Group, Bella Ballou scarves & Accessories, Lego Wear, Gosh Copenhagen Cosmetics and Oh By Copenhagen Fur.
In 2003, Karina developed Pilgrim’s Travel Retail department and has since then established and expanded other brands into the channel. Throughout her career, Karina has created a strong network, which she leverages to help brands go to market.
Over the past 18 years, Marek has lived and worked in seven European countries developing his passion for people, health and food as a registered dietitian, health expert and chef.
Whilst working at five-star Nimb Hotel in Tivoli Gardens, Marek concentrated on developing a health and nutritional profile to strengthen the hotel’s brand and bring an innovative, luxury experience to guests.
This experience helped Marek pave the way towards developing a whole new approach to what business meetings could look like with a different approach to the workplace and to how inspiring personalities can affect and influence people and bring positive change to company cultures.
For the past 20 years, Jens has held leading roles with top fashion retail brands such as H&M, Bang & Olufsen, Copenhagen Airport, Day Birger et Mikkelsen and The Last Conspiracy, accumulating best-in-class knowledge across all areas of the industry.
Jens has spent most of his career in management positions, with leading roles in sales at H&M, change management at Day Birger et Mikkelsen and strategy at Copenhagen airport before assuming the mantle of CEO at start-up shoe brand The Last Conspiracy.
Roger has over 27 years’ experience working and living in the Asia-Pacific region operating in both Business Leadership and CFO roles. In particular, Roger has spent 20 years working in key executive roles for the LVMH Fashion Group, with a highly successful career within the DFS Group.
Roger has made significant contributions to the strategic and operational planning of these businesses during different financial cycles and has held leadership roles in the transformation of business operations, including the setting up of new markets and the integration to LVMH’s operations of brands it acquired.
